Creekside Park Woodlands Home For Sale

The Village of Creekside Park is now open and going strong and plans are for it to be home to over 7,000 families when it is finished. It is the ninth of The Woodlands villages and has many of the same amenities of the other villages. Coming soon will be the village center on Kuykendahl, a new elementary school and a new YMCA.

But what sets Creekside Park apart is the 1,700 acre George Mitchell Nature Reserve that lies along its northern boundary with miles of hiking trails along Spring Creek. You can also canoe and kayak in the creek with launch pads at several locations.

Lake Paloma, a 72 acre lake at the heart of Creekside Village, is home to numerous water birds and the Rob Fleming Aquatic Center is located along its banks. The aquatics center is state of the art and resembles a water park with its lazy river, huge dump bucket, beach entry and two story water slide. The park is available for use by all Woodlands residents who pay a nominal seasonal fee.

Many of the same builders who have been building in the rest of The Woodlands for years are building fantastic new homes in Creekside Park. Village Builders, Highland Homes, Darling Homes, David Weekley, Plantation and several other outstanding new home builders have model homes available for viewing in the village neighborhoods.

Gated Carlton Woods Creekside is home to the Tom Fazio Championship Golf Course and homes from near $1m to over $5m.
