According to the latest statistics from the Houston Association of Realtors, Grogan’s Mill has almost 4,000 residences and a median appraised value of $124,145 with a median square foot price of $74.52. The average year built was 1981 and since 1995 the price per square foot has gone from $48.04 to $73.83 in 2005 (the last year statistics are available.
