"Early in 2006 we decided to explore the housing market in The Woodlands, TX with the intention to relocate there from our home in Tyler, TX.

We started our search using the internet to obtain general information about The Woodlands and the availability of residential home sales in the area. Our request for information on The Woodlands resulted in the receipt a package and introductory letter from Ms Sara Duckett, a realtor covering The Woodlands area.
